Friends of RHS Football has voted to initiate a “helmet reimbursement program” for those wishing to purchase/donate a Riddell helmet through Friends of RHS Football.To purchase a Riddell Revolution Speed Classic helmet through the Friends of RHS Football. Please note the following about the program…
1) The helmet will remain the property of the RHAM HS Football program, yet the player will use the same helmet throughout his high school career.
2) Once finished participating in the program, the parent must fill out and submit a request for reimbursement to Friends of RHS Football.
3) Friends of RHS Football will, when all paperwork is in order and the helmet passes the re-certification requirement, process a check to the player/parent for the reimbursement cost.
The depreciation schedule is as follows:
Season #1- $150.00 reimbursement
Season #2- $100.00 reimbursement
Season #3- $ 75.00 reimbursement
Season #4- $ 50.00 reimbursement

This is in violation of football rules and such use can result in severe head or neck injuries, paralysis or death to you and possible injury to your opponent. Contact in football may result in CONCUSSION-BRAIN INJURY which no helmet can prevent. Symptoms include: loss of consciousness or memory, dizziness, headache, nausea or confusion. If you have symptoms, immediately stop playing and report them to your coach, trainer and parents. Do not return to a game or practice until all symptoms are gone and you have received medical clearance. Ignoring this warning may lead to another and more serious or fatal brain injury.
