Please note the following about the program…
1) The helmet will remain the property of the RHAM HS Football program, yet the player will use the same helmet throughout his high school career.
2) Once finished participating in the program, the parent must fill out and submit a request for reimbursement to Friends of RHS Football.
3) Friends of RHS Football will, when all paperwork is in order and the helmet passes the re-certification requirement, process a check to the player/parent for the reimbursement cost.
The depreciation schedule is as follows:
Season #1- $150.00 reimbursement
Season #2- $100.00 reimbursement
Season #3- $ 75.00 reimbursement
Season #4- $ 50.00 reimbursement
